BACKGROUND OF THE ORGANIZATION
The Dumaguete Child Foster Care Project, Inc. was founded in 1985. It is an extension program of the Silliman University Social Work Department. As a community-based service program with the concept “One Church, One Child”, it addresses the problems of neglected, abused, and abandoned children.
OBJECTIVES & MISSION
Preventing children from becoming street children through community intervention and foster care. Strengthen our campaign to prevent children from our three target areas to join the streets of Dumaguete, Negros Oriental.
